Page 1 of 2 The next day, Krurin and Bastila both had a restless night as they both had a vision from the Force showing the weird black triangular pillar that showed an eerie globe ball that turned into a star and displayed a map of some sort in a dark ancient ruin. Carth woke up in the middle of the night from his bunk and noticed Bastila kept saying the words, ‘Krurin and Revan’ repeatedly in her sleep. Carth glanced at Bastila and wondered why shed mention Krurin and Revan at the same time, then suddenly shed awoken with all sweat drops on her face. Carth quickly reacted as he’d hid himself quickly back under the blanket and covered his head, closed his eyes where he pretended that he was asleep. Bastila panted as she took several deep breaths in and out. She stood up looking quite irritated and frantic at the same time and walked out down the corridor to the Ebon Hawk bridge deck. Carth heard Bastila walked away as he removed the blankets and tiptoed to the bridge. Krurin was already awake from his sudden nightmare experience and had already gone off to the bridge at placed himself at the helm sitting on the left hand side with a cup of coffee and some rations beside him. After a few minutes he heard the sound of Bastila’s footsteps approached the bridge deck but Krurin ignored her and looked at the stars where he starred at them momentarily, thinking about his destiny of being a Jedi for the Republic. Then Bastila had reached the doorstep of the bridge and was astonished when she saw Krurin was already awake from his sleep in the middle of the night. She looked at him firmly and felt his feelings were calm and at ease, filled with curious questions about the Jedi and his involvement. She saw another feeling inside him that left him concerned, his curiosity of Bastila’s feelings for Revan and feelings for her all were hidden behind his childish mind. Bastila grabbed a cup of jerry juice and crept slowly to her command chair, as shed tiptoed to the bridge, Carth was down the hallway and looked at the bridge where he’d found himself astonished that Krurin was there as well. He thought for a moment and wondered if Bastila was going to tell her feelings for him but a part of him remembered the stubbornness inside her, her pride and disciplinary of following the Jedi Code. Krurin heard Bastila’s footsteps slowly came closer as she was about to sit on the chair, he rolled his eyes back towards her and then glanced back starring at the stars. Bastila looked at Krurin slightly and smiled a little, a cheerful smile that had put her mind into ease. “Couldn’t sleep?” Krurin said softly. “Yeah,” Bastila replied softly. “What about you?” “Yeah,” Krurin sighed. “You had a vision from the Force?” Bastila looked at him, where shed suspected that Krurin’s Force Sensitivity had started to manifest itself. Then she used the Force and sensed the presence of Revan was starting to emerge back, both his skills and knowledge were coming back a lot quicker than shed and the Jedi Council predicted. “Yes I did,” Bastila sighed. “I felt cold in that vision,” Krurin frowned. “That was the touch of the dark side,” Bastila said firmly, using her soft voice. “Strangely I’m getting more and more different visions inside my head,” Krurin frowned. “The way I act, my attitude and skills has changed a part of me.” “Sounds like the Force is strong with you Krurin,” Bastila noted. “You mean that I’m a Jedi?” Krurin averted his eyes towards Bastila. “Well obviously the Force is strong with you,” Bastila pointed out. “There’s no denying about that.” “I guess,” Krurin frowned. “Why the long face?” Bastila asked. “I just can’t help thinking about what my destiny is Bastila,” Krurin whispered. “Like what my destiny of being a Jedi would mean for me in the future.” Bastila looked at him and wondered the exact same thing knowing that shed had the same questions as well. She had gone into deep thought, where she wondered if the Jedi Council had an answer already for him. Then she looked blank on the face as shed glanced at Krurin with a slight frown on her face. “To be honest… I don’t know,” Bastila said honestly. Suddenly another vision had appeared from the Force, this time it was the same vision they saw with the dark corridor protected with the triangular pillar. Then it shifted through the other side of the dark stone wall and there were Revan and Malak stood their thinking. Revan was wearing his dark robe outfit, covered with a mixture of red, maroon, sliver and black colours. His face was covered with a heavy plated cortosis mask and his armour looked impenetrable. Malak with his blue ribbon head stood there beside the door and raised a few questions with his master’s heritage. Bastila grew weary as the presence of the dark side had made her awkward and suddenly she was astonished that he saw Krurin in the picture, shed recognised Revan’s face beyond the mask. Krurin watched Malak questioned his master where he asked, ‘Are you sure this is wise?’ Malak’s voice asked. Bastila watched Revan who in fact she knew it was Krurin, she watched him unsealed the engraved door and walked through it with Malak at his side. ‘The Jedi will surely banish us,’ Malak’s voice warned. Bastila shook her head is disbelief and tried to force herself out of the vision but she failed. Suddenly there was the Star Map black artefact pillar that spread itself wide open and displayed the map, the then vision vanished on them. Carth was in the corridor as he’d witnessed both Bastila and Krurin looked like they’d saw a ghost. Bastila and Krurin both shook their heads looking quite frantic and shocked all at once. Krurin then stood up and walked down the corridor back to the crew quarters. Carth noticed Krurin was on his way, he’d quickly tiptoed down the back alley way and laid back on the top bunk underneath the blanket as he watched the confused Krurin entered the room. He then heard another bunch of footsteps and saw Bastila was there behind him and placed herself on the bottom buck fast asleep. Four hours later had passed as Krurin and Bastila both tossed and turned tirelessly, having the same vision of Revan and Malak with the Star Map reappeared in their heads continuously. It was dawn time in the morning Bastila woke up screaming her head off for a split second and shed ran out the room. Carth her Bastila’s scream with the word ‘Krurin’ out loud and tossed the blanket off him. He watched Bastila ran out the room, quickly he jumped out of the bunk and followed her. He then saw Bastila washed her face furiously in the Medical lab section, taking deep heavy breaths. He noticed Bastila briefly glanced at him, and spoke out loud. “Bastila, are you okay?” Carth asked. “You look like you saw a ghost.” “No… I’m fine,” Bastila said reluctantly. “I heard you screamed Krurin just then,” Carth told her. “No I didn’t,” Bastila insisted. “Yes you did,” Carth insisted. Canderous suddenly woke up from the disturbance and scratched his Mandalorian head, he walked down to the communications area and noticed Carth was talking to the frantic Bastila. His footsteps stomped across from one side of the room to another, where he realised something was not right by the tone of voices they used. “What’s going on here?” Canderous interrupted. Carth looked at Canderous with a guilty look on his face and Bastila was drowning her hair with the water from the sink. Canderous raised his right eyebrow and shook his head in disgust knowing that obviously something was wrong and both of them were afraid to mention anything. “Bastila had a nightmare,” Carth replied. “She looked like shed scene a ghost.” “A Jedi afraid of a ghost,” Canderous chuckled. “That I have to laugh.” “Carth,” Bastila snapped, her face all scrunched up. “Hey don’t give me that look on your face,” Carth warned her. “I’m going to the Jedi Council and tell them of this,” Bastila said abruptly. “Yeah, yeah, yeah,” Carth said sarcastically, rolled his eyes. Suddenly they heard Krurin screamed out loud in the background, his voice echoed throughout the corridor’s of the Ebon Hawk. Mission and Zaalbar woke up from the loud scream they heard and walked out of the cargo bay hold where they heard the voices of Bastila, Carth and Canderous all babbled along in the background that sounded like they were in an argument.
